Delivery Terms

1. Failed or Rejected Deliveries
   

   If delivery of any item is refused or cannot be completed at the address provided by the customer, a re-delivery fee will be charged. This fee must be paid in full.

2. Furniture Deliveries
   

   Furniture items are shipped using the most practical and cost-effective method available, which typically involves delivery on a pallet and wrapped in protective packaging.
   
   It is the responsibility of the recipient to:

   • Unwrap the item(s) upon arrival
   • Dispose of all packaging materials used for the protection and transport of the goods. Delivery personnel are not obligated to unpack or remove packaging from the premises.
   • Move to the spot it was purchased for.
   • Additional charges may apply if any accessibility issues were not disclosed prior to delivery, or if the courier/transporter imposes fees for providing additional services.

Made-to-Order Furniture & Returns

All furniture items are made to order and are customised to the customer’s specifications (eg. colour). By accepting a quotation and proceeding with the order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

• Production will begin immediately after the quote and final drawing is accepted.
• As such, orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable once the works has began
• No refunds or exchanges will be offered on made-to-order items, except where required by law (e.g. in the case of a manufacturing fault or defect).

Please ensure all details and measurements are correct before accepting the quote, as changes cannot be made after this point.
