Each seat is made using a real recycled timber log, giving new life to natural material that may otherwise go to waste. The log is carefully prepared and sanded smooth to remove rough edges, splinters and sharp areas, making it suitable for use in children’s environments.

The soft upholstered mushroom-style top provides a comfortable seat and can be finished in your choice of upholstery fabric and colour, allowing it to be matched to your school colours, library theme or existing furniture.

As we use genuine recycled logs, no two seats will be exactly the same. Natural variations in the timber, including grain, knots, shape and colour, make every piece unique and add to its character.

The solid timber base also gives the seat plenty of weight and stability. These are intended more as semi-permanent feature seats rather than furniture that children regularly move around, making them ideal for reading corners, nature-themed spaces and breakout areas.
